Paige Cross

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS CONSULTING, TRAINING & FACILITATION
Paige has spent nearly 20 years working within the Australian agricultural sector. Her roles have ranged from sales agronomy for the fertiliser industry to agribusiness finance manager and economic development. Her real passion lies in helping people identify their key priorities so they can remain focused on achieving them.

Elise Holmes

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Elise joined Cross Country Management as the Executive Assistant in July 2025 and is based in Geelong, Victoria. She brings extensive experience in high-level executive support across local government, where she supported CEOs, Mayors and Councillors, as well as the HR, People & Culture, leadership consulting and building and construction sectors.
