Engagements are governed by separate client agreements. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship or constitutes an engagement of our services.

Cross Country Management provides advisory, consulting, and business coaching services to farm businesses and rural operators.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not use AI to make consequential decisions without human oversight and sign-off.
• We do not use AI tools that have not been assessed and approved under our internal policy.
Fees and GST
All fees quoted by Cross Country Management are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated in writing. GST will be added at the applicable rate.
Returns and Refunds
We handle any refund requests in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Where a service engagement is covered by a separate client agreement, the terms of that agreement apply.
